- If this is any showing of the soon to come Olympic Marathon showing of the United States marathon team? I am not sure if this was a good race or was it a basic showing of their training. Don't get me wrong these are great times but what do most of us look for when you see the top "2" American runners head to head. With the best time in the world last year was 58:30 should be be seeing times around the 1 hour flat times? We are only a month and a half out of the Olympics and time for their training is coming down to the wire. I would love to see an American show up to the Olympics "Marathon" and win. What are your thoughts out there?
